Information we collect
- What you submit: name, email, phone, property state and type, loan purpose, estimated value, loan amount, occupancy and any message.
- Attribution data: the landing page URL, referring site, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid and fbclid, stored in your browser session so we know how you found us.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request information received by our servers when you submit a form, used for fraud prevention.
The calculator runs entirely in your browser; numbers typed into it are not sent to us.
How we use it
To respond to your request, evaluate your scenario, contact you by email, phone or text as you consented, coordinate with wholesale lenders if you proceed, keep records required by law, and improve this website.
Sharing
We share information with Loan Daddy LLC staff, service providers that host our systems and customer relationship tools, and, when you choose to proceed, wholesale lenders and settlement service providers involved in your loan. We do not sell personal information.
Calls, texts and opt-out
By checking the consent box you agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop calling or emailing at any time.
Retention, security and your choices
We keep records as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
